Donatello Hotel

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. While the stay was generally acceptable, and I truly appreciated the warm and helpful attitude of your staff, as well as the delicious and varied breakfast, I unfortunately encountered an issue that left me quite disappointed.

The staff were super polite and friendly. The kitchen staff and the head chef was amazing. The cleaning team were quite good. Overall you could see the presence of the staff almost at any time of the day/night so you knew someone would assist you if needed. I would like to specifically thanks the staff at the reception for the dates I stayed and the chef.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming — the receptionist was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room from a deluxe to a junior suite, which was a wonderful surprise. One of the standout moments was the security lady who went out of her way to assist me all the way from the gate to the elevator and even opened the elevator door for me — that level of care really impressed me. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and featured a balcony that perfectly suited my smoking preference. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. Room service was spot on — the food was delicious and arrived on time. What really surprised me is the hotel's low rating of 7.7. It deserves at least a 9.2. I’ve stayed in far less impressive hotels in Dubai with ratings over 8.4 — this one clearly outperforms them. I absolutely loved my time here and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Everything was superb,,very friendly reception staff ♥️,from check in till check out time everything was smooth . Daily Housekeeping with proper cleaning , facilities and the location are the best , 5-7 min to metro,7 min to mall and many groceries and cafeterias around with affordable prices .Very Spacious room, Highly recommended for family with kids too.There are few bars in GF but there is no noise and it didn't bothered us .Tried 3 of them and I would say that Monkey bar was having the best cocktails, music and food too.Nice Shisha on the roof top, I recommend during sunrise or late evening in order to see the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab .The swimming pool area was very clean and very well maintained ,kids enjoyed . Will stay again. Thank you 💕

I stayed for almost one month and found the hotel kinda quiet. The team were friendly, and it’s worth mentioning Raj Kumar’s thorough house keeping with high quality, From the bell team, Mohamed Shahadat was nice, and In the reception, I can remember Fatima who was really professional and her fast action to solve any problem I faced. April was such nice receptionist as well.
