Donatello Hotel

The room and the bathroom are very big with 2 sinks , a bathtub and a shower cabin , the metro is 6 minutes away from the hotel if you go from the back side . The staff is very nice and friendly , they offer 4 water bottles , coffee , tea , sugar , powder milk . You can go by feet to Mall of the Emirates . Around the hotel are supermarkets , restaurants and shops . Burj Al Arab is close but you need to go by car . For the price I paid , it was a very nice experience and I recommend this hotel . I don’t know why is rated so low , I didn’t find any big issues , but rather a positive experience.

I like the staff very cooperative to help me arrange room decorations for my anniversary. The first I check in and request them to make decorations and they said will inform me by call when housekeeping has no busy because after check in I need to go back work until 5pm. And in office I got call from the hotel and they told me if no have housekeeping free so they can't make decorations for me and I said ok. But when my bf reached hotel and he msg me that room so amazing with awesome decorations they are made. It's so surprised for me bcause they just want to make surprise also, then when I reached hotel again around 5pm the reception show me the pic of the room and derectly I go to my room and look at that so amazing 😍 Thanksyou so much for help me make some good memories for my anniversary 2 years so fantastic ❤️❤️ next we will stay there again for the next enjoyed to stay there.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming — the receptionist was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room from a deluxe to a junior suite, which was a wonderful surprise. One of the standout moments was the security lady who went out of her way to assist me all the way from the gate to the elevator and even opened the elevator door for me — that level of care really impressed me. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and featured a balcony that perfectly suited my smoking preference. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. Room service was spot on — the food was delicious and arrived on time. What really surprised me is the hotel's low rating of 7.7. It deserves at least a 9.2. I’ve stayed in far less impressive hotels in Dubai with ratings over 8.4 — this one clearly outperforms them. I absolutely loved my time here and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Everything was superb,,very friendly reception staff ♥️,from check in till check out time everything was smooth . Daily Housekeeping with proper cleaning , facilities and the location are the best , 5-7 min to metro,7 min to mall and many groceries and cafeterias around with affordable prices .Very Spacious room, Highly recommended for family with kids too.There are few bars in GF but there is no noise and it didn't bothered us .Tried 3 of them and I would say that Monkey bar was having the best cocktails, music and food too.Nice Shisha on the roof top, I recommend during sunrise or late evening in order to see the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab .The swimming pool area was very clean and very well maintained ,kids enjoyed . Will stay again. Thank you 💕
